One-One Consultation



I support clients to make step-by-step, easily integrated food and lifestyle choices.
One thing that makes us different from a nutritionist or a dietician is we break food up into two categories, secondary food and primary food. Secondary food is mostly meats, vegetables & grains, medication, and/or supplements. Primary food is your career, your spirituality, your physical activity, and your relationships. Whenever there is an imbalance in one, there is always an imbalance in the other.

By the client and I working together on the secondary food, we will uncover the imbalances in the primary food. I usually give them different foods and lifestyle tips that will allow them to address these situations differently which will lead to a healthier and more satisfying life. My program also includes a health food store tour and a trip to the grocery store, so they’ll know what’s healthy and what isn’t when they go shopping. I will also provide them with recipes and other helpful information along the way.
